House Rules: Please take a moment to review the following guidelines to help keep the space comfortable and well-maintained for everyone. Please inspect the condo within the first hour of your arrival. If you notice any damage, missing items, or maintenance concerns, notify us within the first hour of check-in so we can document the issue and address it promptly. Any damage or missing items not reported within the first hour that are discovered after your departure may be considered the responsibility of the registered guest. Guests will be charged for any broken, damaged, or missing items, as well as any excessive cleaning or repairs required as a result of their stay. Climate Control: 
Please do not set the air conditioning below 70°F. Keeping the temperature at or above this level helps prevent the system from overworking and avoids moisture buildup. Doors & Windows: 
Keep all doors and windows closed while the AC is running to maintain efficiency and prevent humidity from entering the condo. Plumbing: 
Only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or any other items, as they can cause serious plumbing issues. Kitchen & Dishwasher: 
Please only place dishwasher-safe items in the dishwasher. Do not use it as a disposal for food scraps. Scrape excess food into the trash before loading dishes to prevent clogs and maintain proper function. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels to respect neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment. Beach Etiquette: 
Rinse off sand before entering the condo using outdoor showers if available. Excess sand can damage floors and plumbing. Trash & Recycling
Dispose of trash regularly and follow local recycling guidelines if provided. Do not leave trash outside overnight. Towels & Linens: 
Use designated beach towels for outdoor use. Please do not take bath towels to the beach. Parking: 
Only park in designated areas assigned to the unit. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed. Balcony Safety: 
Do not hang towels or clothing over balcony railings. Keep furniture in place and supervise children at all times. Appliances & Utilities: 
Turn off lights, fans, and appliances when not in use. Report any issues promptly so they can be addressed. Respect the Space: 
Please treat the condo as you would your own home. Any damages or issues should be reported as soon as possible. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy your stay by the beach!
